Everytime I make a sharp left turn i hear the noise it sounds like something with the axle or something

You need to be alittle more specific there, it could be you cv boot?

if it sounds like a grinding sound than it s probably your cv joint. they are pretty easy to change out. if you do it yourself it will save around $100-200. machanics like to rip you when it comes to cv joints. like 94honda said...try to be a little more specific

If it is clicking when you turn it is the cv axel... go ahead and change them both cause the other ones not far behind!

when does it happen ?

Lower speed- bearing
Higher speed- cv joint

It also does this wierd "compressing" sound when i go in reverse
