1998 Camry CD installation help

Help would be much appreciated!
I have a 1998 Camry LE and i want to install a CD reciever. Before i buy one and get it installed some place though, i want to have knowledge on the accsessories my car will reqire for installation. I dont want to be ripped off, in other words. I want to know what i will need to buy, like a wire harness, etc. Anyways, im completley helpless in the area of cars and hoped someone here could assist me. Any helpful sites i would also appreciate greatly.
Much thanks,
Kirbie

All you need is a wire harness which is approx. $10 Some wire connenctors (tubes) available at Auto Zone etc. $3.00 and crimps. And as long as your cd player is the right size for your year of car, you wont need anthing else. You can usually find an sound auto ethusiast such as a highscool person will do it for a fee of $20 plus parts. Otherwise professional will be around $60-75.

I agree. I think that Circuit City does installations for free with a purchase of their stereos, although you'll need to make sure you purchase a "double-din" head unit rather than a single din. Then you'd have to buy to singles to fill in that gaping hole in the dash.

I installed 2 singles. One cd player and a 5 disc in-dash cd-changer. It works great for my road trips.
