My brother has a '90 Celica GT . . . he's curious about whether or not he can utilize the turbo from an All-Trac on his engine.

For reference, the GT uses a 2.2 liter engine, and the All-Trac uses a 2.0 liter . . .

Anybdy know about this?

yea, its been done. i personally wouldnt recommend it becuase of internals and high compression, etc. etc. but like i said its been done.

It would be a major improvement, though. Then you would have 200 hp. Maybe you could put in some stronger internals while your at it, that should put you at rest.

yeah, if you do it just try getting some stronger, lower compression pistons and have fun with it.

So it will be a bit of work, but probably worth it:D

Yes it can be done, and safely too! Just make sure you don't crank the boost and everything will be ok.

The all trac engine is smaller likely from thicker cylinder walls for added strength. But tuning down the compression should allow you to keep the stock block (very important). Besides, Stillen gives the 300Z more boost without new internals, so your car should handle it.
