Anyone knows what kind of calipers my car is equipped with ? I know for my 92 ACCORD there are two options Nissin and Akebono. I have a 92 LX. I want to get a set of EBC red or green stuff but they are available only for the Akebono calipers. I just don't want to buy them and then not be able to install them.

look at the calipers. if they dont say "NISSIN" on them, then they're akebonos.


nissin always prints their name on their calipers, either raised letters, painted, or both.

if there is paint can't see it. my damn calipers are black dirty, but i couldn't notice any inscription on them, so i guess they are akebono's

i believe coupes have Nissin and sedans have Akebono.
