The power windows master swtich ( driver's) did not work, but the power lock works. I have replaced the power windows master switch, but same probem ( Windows failed to work, but locks works).
The wires have been checks, and works. Is any other issue I missing?
I noticed there is a power windows relay in there, but does it built inside of Power Windows Master Switch or a seperate unit inside window.

There is a circuit breaker under the dash on the drivers side near the kick panel.If it is a resettable breaker there is a small hole in the middle of the breaker that you insert a pin into to reset.

I am not quite sure where is teh kick panel is.
Is the breaker inside the windows panel on the driver side? Do I need to take the whole windows panel off in order to gain access for the circuit breaker?

kick panel = right by where your legs would be kicking while driving.. ie. left or right of brake,gas pedals.. kick panel.. i really dont think i kick shit thats in the trunk.. sheesh

Hey Joe W,

I know this is an old thread but I just wanted to say thanks for mentioning the breaker. I did a search on power windows in this forum and no one else mentioned the breaker. I see this is a common problem in the Camry and people should know about this breaker before they go out and spend so much money replacing the motor.

If your power windows don't work, just reset the breaker. It's behind the kick panel on the driver's side, stick your head underneath and look up. You should see 2 resettable breakers, they are 2 silver round things. I didn't know which one to reset so I reset them both. Windows went down immediately.

Went bananas with the exact same problem on my '90.
you can see my early requests for help if you go back a few threads.
Well - it was a short behind the fuse box at the inside wall, somewhere in there.
I never woulda found it, but the tech did and it took him awhile
($150 worth of while). WELL worth the $$$, like seeing a doctor...
If all else has failed, look behind the fuse block at the left kick panel.
Hope this helps. Get back when you solve this so we all can build up a
"wicked cool" electric window data base!!!!

Does the car have to be turned on while resetting the breaker or off?

I have a 89 camry with similar problem. I know this is an old thread. I tried and located the breaker part # 82650-20011 ,30 amp and press in the hole, I didn't feel anything click, but thought i may have resetted it. Put it back, nothing happens. The fuse was replaced and power door works, just the four windows won't roll down. I also called Toyota Parts and Service in my town, they said about the same thing, but one service guy said ther might be a master-switch under the power window button that need to be switched on. I have been looking for it. If anyone can enlighten me on this please help!!! my email address is ustenniseagle@yahoo.com. Thanks in advance!
