Does anyone know if adding a full exhaust along with a up and down pipe void the factory 60k miles powertrain warranty?

shouldn't, as the Subaru dealerships will install them when you buy the car if you so desire. Might depend on the type of exhaust and the people installing it. Besides, Subaru would have to prove that the exhaust caused the damage if you make a warranty claim.
