Sound System? Please help!

Does anyone have a sound system in their nova? I cant figure out how to get any wires from the inside into the trunk, and as far as i can tell the backseat doesn't lay down. Im half done and would really like to finish this. Any suggestions?

sound system eh?

So what kind of stuff are you putting into this system. Right now I've got a sony xplod deck with color changing display, infinity kappa 3 way speakers in front and 2 ways in back that can handle 225 watts max 75 watts rms. in the trunk i have two infinity 10s in a sealed box with an alpine 700 watt class d amp. next i need to get a four channel amp for my speakers and probably a capacitor. also i want to build a new box because i can barely close the trunk with the one i bought. and surprisingly there isnt that much rattle with all that sound. Also just recently i decided i ought to protect my investment with a car alarm, but now im wondering how useful it really is, one thing is for sure though, the power door lock kit i also put in made it worth it because now i have keyless entry! i could get pictures if anyone wants to see just reply or email me.

Re: Sound System? Please help!

I heven't found anything better than Directed Audio from DEI. I have a setup in my Jeep that I simply can't get over. I've been in the stereo biz for over 14 years now. Some of the others that you guys listed like JL Audio and Infinity are pretty decent too but I feel that for they last 4-5 years that companies like them have relied on their name. I used to have a nice JL Audio system in my Formula but almost every 8 months I'd have to send in my w7's for repairs. The foam would separat from the basket. Yes, they fixed them for free but sure sucked being without tunes for 3 months.
