i have a 93 honda civic and i think that i need the rear strut bar but am not sure. when i turn, the left hand side(the rear part) tears my tires, i just want to make sure that i need struts or just the springs

Im not sure what you're asking but the strut bar will tighten your suspention a little bit, the springs will make it more stiff

umm u need a new shock if ur sayingthat ur tire is rubing the fender or the inside of it. u lower ur car?
