Angry Vibration during acceleration

My 1994 S-10 Blazer Tahoe just started vibrating during acceleration with a little loss of power. After I take my foot off the throtle the vibration goes away when the truck is just coasting. Once I accelerate again vibration comes back. What could this be.?

Check motor/tranny mounts, and U-joints as well. Don't worry about the fuel filter unless your motor is giving you problems.

Vibration

Well engine power does not seem to be the problem. I just picked this Blazer up about 2 weeks ago for $1700. (great deal perfect black paint and no rips clean interior) It does have a couple oil leaks that need to be fixed and the vibration which I think is coming from the need for control arm bushings. I hope. Transmission shifts fine and engine has alot of power. The is a clunk under the body when turning and braking sometimes felt under feet. other then these problems I think with a couple repairs and a couple more $$ I will have a great truck. Any suggestions? What could be leaking the oil any commen problems like this?

Re: Vibration during acceleration

Check your oil cooler lines. They are very well known to develop leaks at the area where the hose is crimped to the aluminum body.

Re: Vibration during acceleration

about your clunking under your feet, The first Body mounts to go on that year series truck is the front ones. They are located left and right side roughly under the piller that supports the front door hinges.

My experience shown that its the passengerside that goes first followed closely by the drivers side.
