Audio help needed

I got a '91 S-10 Custom pickup with bench seats and very little space behind them, underneath the seats is questionable, and I need to find some way of putting a sub in it. Im lost because I have very little experience with this kinda stuff. Any ideas?

Re: Audio help needed

well in my 93 i used to have 2 10" kicker subs with truck boxes. now i have 2 10" rockford fosgates with a custom box that is the width of the space behind the seat. all you gotta do is get some truck boxes, subs, and an amp and your set.

Ok thanx man, ya, i just got it, and it doesnt look all that cool so i got alotta work to do on it. Instead of movin the benches up a bit, ill just take em out and put individual seats in it, that should gimme some space. but thanx for the advice. And nice car. I dont normally like that color, but on that, looks awesome.

Re: Audio help needed

hey thanks....i hate red too but i just bought the car in fall ...oh and in my s10 i converted it from bench to bucket....i went to the junkyard and got seats from a cavalier. then i went and got brackets from another junk yard from an s10 that already had bucket seats.they bolted right up..all i had to do was drill 2 extra holes on each side for the inside part of the seat bracket to the floor. ill try to get a couple pics on here in a couple days if you want.

Ya sure, thanx man, Ill see what I can find around here. Im gonna turn this truck into an offroad beast, Ill show you what im workin with also tomorrow. In the mean time, my goal is to find a '66 GTO black coupe, that still works. There's a money spender there. It will be worth it in the end. What year is that Camaro?

You also have the option of removing the jack behind the seat. You will be left with the brackets that hold the jack tight so cut them out. Build the box to go from one side of cab to the other and put amp(s) under seat.
