17" Chrome Razorstars off a 300M fit the rear wheels perfectly on an 04 caravan but wouldnt fit the front due to not enough clearnce between the rim and the caliper. Any suggestions to make em work.
I was thinking of going with min 1/2" spacers but that would leave very little thread for the bolts. Is it possible to get longer studs??
Any help would be appreciated.

You can buy longer studs. Put them in, and then put the rims on.

Oh yeah, don't forget the spacers.

Grind the rims. or:
Don't use these wheels on a Caravan.

You're asking for trouble.

Spacers and long studs are an impossible answer, you would have to change the bearings on '96-up....
