Unhappy External Coolant leak

I have a 1991 S-10 Blazer 4.3. I just got back from an hour drive. I noticed my temperture gauge which is usually right in the middle was almost to the top. When i finally got home I noticed I was leaking coolant. I popped my hood to check the hoses but they seemed fine. Could it be my radiator or my water pump? would it leak if the thermostat was faulty? The leak is not coming from the cap either it is somewhere below. If anyone has any suggestions let me know. Also is it hard to change the Thermostat and water pump? I was told if I change the water pump. I should also change the hoses, drivebelt and thermostat. Thanks in advance.

Re: External Coolant leak

ur water pump might be goin bad....cuz they have a weep hole int he bottom of them that leaks when coolant when the internal seals and other guts go out of them
