89 4.3L S10 Blazer performance

What could be done to increase performance on a 89 blazer, 2-wheel drive? I got the transmission rebuilt with a 2200 torque converter, LT1 servo kits, reinforced sunshell(because we all know that the factory ones are crap) higher pressure pump and K&N air filter. I've also gone the aches and pains of completing cleaning build up in the throttle body and injectors. Truck has nice kick since I rebuilt the transmission, but I want more! MSD is in the works which should give it better igniting, better response anyways. I've alsoo taken out the EGR valve, useless device it is, and taken out the cat in the exhaust system and put a dynoforce muffler on, so what else can I do thats not going to cost thousands of dollars?

electric fan

how about a set of gears?

75% of your horsepower is in your cylinder heads so how about a build up on them? Then add a cam.
