Question Tundra Headaches

I've got a 2000 SR5 and had a check engine light come on. It also began stalling at lights (after a fluctuation in RPMs) and had a dead spot, as well as, a tinny rattle during acceleration. I scanned it and got the 'system too lean' and 'catalytic converter operating below threshold' codes. I had the oxygen sensor and fuel-air ratio sensor replaced and the throttle body cleaned. 2 days later, the light came back on and is now only throwing the 'system too lean' code, while still stalling at lights (and during sharp turns) and having a dead spot and tinny rattle during accleration. I was thinking about replacing the MAF sensor. No one seems to know what the problem is. any ideas?

Well if it is running lean it means there isnt enough gas during combustion so maybe something with the fuel injectors. Also the timing can mess this up. Not sure exactly where to start with either of those but maybe that can help soon. Sorry if it doesnt.

hey does that tinny rattle sound like a locust?? my 03 tundra makes a noise kinda like a locust or cricket chirping rapidly at exactly 1100 rpm and only at 1100 rpm. it chirps like right at 35mph sometimes(argh!)
