Unhappy Window Exploded - 3 week old Tundra

We have 3 week old Tundra Double Cab. Today while driving the rear passenger window just exploded into a million tiny pieces. There was no evidence of a rock, BB or anything impacting window.

Has anyone had a similar glass problem?

Should this be an insurance claim or a dealer issue?

Thanks!

Re: Window Exploded - 3 week old Tundra

I can't see this as being a defect. If it was a crack or similar, yeah, but just blowing up, I doubt it. Good luck on figuring it out.

Was your window rolled down at all or totally up when it exploded?
That's concerning to me considering the back seat of the truck is where my young kids are sitting.
