.060" over is getting kinda thin. My self, I wouldn't trust it for a turbo, charger or N2O. It would probably be OK for a little while, but I don't want to blow up an engine I just got running. I would have the block resleeved, thats where they knock out you old cylinders and install new one that are standard bore. If you want a turbo or a charger, you would have to get different pistons to lower your compression. If you go with N2O, normal pistons are OK until you go past a 150 hp shot, then you need forged pistons, and possibly a forged crank. I ran into this same problem. The engine in my S10 was a 350 bored .060" over. When I went to rebuild it, I knew I was going with a 300 hp shot of spray so I just scrapped the block and found a standard bore. I didn't want to sink a lot of money into an engine then blow it up the first time I hit the button. I picked the block up for $100 so it wasn't worth it to fix the old one, but that was a '72 350, not an LT1. No way in hell would anyone just scrap an LT1 block, so I would definitly find out about resleeving it.
