ECM B Fuse keeps blowing, engine won't run.

My buddy's 87 chevy s-10 2.8L 2-wheel drive truck won't run all of a sudden and it is because the ECM B fuse keeps blowing. We tried tracing the wire down but we don't see a problem with the wiring. The fuel pump relay is new and good, and all grounds seem good. If you take out the fuel pump relay, the fuse don't blow. We also disconected the fuel pump wires from the pump and we are still blowing the fuse. We are out of ideas, anyone have a clue, what to look for, specific fixes, anything?

Thanks in advance.

Re: ECM B Fuse keeps blowing, engine won't run.

I would try a different relay, sounds like the coil in it is shorted.
