Question Code Po 156 (bank 2 Sensor 2)

CAN ANYONE HELP ME? Where do I find bank 2 sensor #2? I recently purchased the OBD II. Wonderful. Read code in a moments time. Now if I could just figure out where to look. I went to buy the Haynes manual but they were out of stock. Seems like a very popular book for 1998 Windstar.

Appreciate any info.

Re: Code Po 156 (bank 2 Sensor 2)

Looks like you're dealing with the downstream oxygen sensor. Haven't had anything to do with mine as yet, but looks like it is located off the catalytic converter from what I can make out in the Haynes manual. If not I'm sure someone will be along to make a correction in time. Good luck.

Upsteam is before the convertor, and down stream is after the convertor. The upstream sensor is an O2 sensor and the downstream is a heated O2 sensor or HEGO.
