The MG is a classic nowadays is it not?

The MGB, which debuted in or around 1955/56 . . . for example?

Yah, I minor classic. MG bufs love them, for the harmony between all the parts, including driver. Just don't expect reliability, speed, or amazing handling. Nice, still, but I would only get one if I were rich (as a cheap toy).
Yah, they are pretty cheap to buy. Which is good.

Not quite, first Morris Garages tuned car was in 1923, Most of the interesting MG's were before WWII

All the OHC MG's and record breakers and stuff.

Interesting Stuff like 4 wheel independent suspension and supercharged 750cc engines developing 160 bhp
