igor i gotta questionkhfromhb 05-22-2004, 01:50 PM how are those stoptech brakes?is the pedal firmer or softer? 60-0 braking distance? will they fit inside of the NISMO wheels? flylwsi 05-27-2004, 12:00 PM igor@af 07-13-2004, 11:59 PM The braking distance is considerably shorter when I have the PFC 97 race pads upfront (so incredible that my butt tells me it's less than 100ft from 60mph). not sure about Axxis street pads (probably a little better). The pedal feel... I don't remember anymore as to how it compares to the stock setup, but I'd guess it's firmer. The main reason for going with a big brake kit is to eliminate fading of the pads and cracking of the rotors. The big brake kit is useless on the street. 2003_350z_Touring 07-14-2004, 03:34 PM why exactly is a big brake kit useless on the street? if my 350 is going to stay mainly on the street...what brake upgrades can you guys reccomend? thanks igor@af 07-14-2004, 09:19 PM If your Z is going to stay on the street there are no upgrades that you need for your brakes. The stock Z brakes are awesome. 2003_350z_Touring 07-15-2004, 02:29 PM thats cool...are they good enough even if i plan on going forced induction in the future? aves911 07-15-2004, 02:33 PM If the car is going to stay on the street then definately yes; you could go with better brake pads, but that would be about it. 2003_350z_Touring 07-15-2004, 07:25 PM thanks Soyo 07-16-2004, 03:26 AM buy hawk hp pads if you want different ones... not positive they have them for the 350, but they should. from what I hear they are the best street brakes you can buy... and a good price too Automotive Network, Inc., Copyright ©2012
