I have a 2002 Pathfinder with 35,000 miles. for some time now, I have noticed a rattle in the center of my dashboard. I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue, or if there is a TSB covering this.

i have a 2001 with a rattle on the drivers side of the dash.? it started around 30,000 miles. let me know if you fugure it out.

It sounds like the same issue I had. My 02 now has 35K but the dash rattle started at about 15K. I found it was the driver's side air vent on top of the dash. Hope it helps.

Oh, and I just rolled up a bit of electrical tape and placed it between the dash and vent. It's invisable to the eye & the rattles been gone ever since.

It might not be the same circumstances, but for my 2001 QX4 their is a air vent cover(2) near the windshield that becomes loose, and it rubs against the dash.
