90 lumina fuel pump

The fuel pump is not getting any power. I want to find out if there is anything that can cause this before I go and buy a new one. I have already ruled out the fuel filter, the fuse, and the relay. What else could cause this?

Track the wiring down, you could have a broken wire....

Have you checked your fusible Links???

Re: 90 lumina fuel pump

If I do have to replace the fuel pump, is there a panel ? I took out the backseat and looked under the carpet, but could'nt find one.

The fuel pump gets power only for two seconds when the ignition is turned on, but there should be power there when cranking the vehicle. Did you check for power with someone else cranking the vehicle? If there is no power to the fuel pump, which is in the gas tank, there is no point in replacing the pump. Establish power to the pump first.
If it is the pump, you need to drop the gas tank down.
Good luck.
