How hard is to convert Diesel to Gas?

I want to get a Rabbit, but a lot of them are Diesel. I want to know if it is possible, and how hard it would be to convert from a Diesel setup over to Gas. I realize that this creates the perfect situation to swap in whatever engine you want, But im sure that you have to swap gas lines, and injection system. Pretty much everything right???

I just want to know from somebody that has done the conversion, how hard is it, and is it worth it??/

in addition to what you mentioned, you also have to change the fuel tank and fuel pump. i would just keep the diesel, you'll get over 30mpg, and TONS of torque, lol. if you really don't want a diesel, just look for a gas rabbit, there are tons around...good luck

engine swaps in rabbits are pretty simple. just do an engine swap to whatever kind of power you're looking for.

Why the hell would you convert diesel to gas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Insanity i say! If your looking to race people, not only will you take them completly by surprise, but you will blow their doors off. Diesels have Tons of torque, Amazing fuel efficiency and if you turbo it will have tons of HP.
