Angry 383 stroker(crate motor)

HELP
PUT A 383 STROKER IN A 93 K10 WITH
HOLLEY 650 TBI, ELDEBROCK HEADERS,FLOWTECH AMERICAN THUNDER EXHAUST,STREET AND PREFORMANCE CHIP,K&N AIR FILTER AND SO ON.
WAS HAVING TROUBLE WITH BOGGING BUT PRETTY SURE WE HAVE THAT FIXED WE PUT A PUMP IN FOR A BB AND ARE RUNNIG AROUND 35lbs OF PRESURE. GREAT TAKE OFF IT WILL SMOKE THE 33X12.50 MUDDERS THAT ARE ON IT.BUT RUNNING DOWN THE ROAD AT A STEADY RPM AND STOMP IT LIKE YOUR GOING TO PASS SOMEONE IT STUMBELS ABOUT THREE SECONDS GOGOES STRAIGHT LEAN BUT THE O2 ANY OTHER TIME IS ALL OVER THE PLACE.ANY BODY GOT ANY SUGGETION?

sounds like a lean air mix. could be stuck secondarys, week secondary springs or bad power vaulve.
