torque setting

anyone know what the torque setting for the wheel nuts for a 94 Tercel is?

Approximately 85 ft. lbs. should be about right. Of the top of my head I can't remember what the owner's handbook said, but 85 ft. lbs. would be a safe figure. Whatever you do, don't let any tire shop use an impact gun on the lug nuts. It'll warp the rotors or drums.

*The guy above, obviously a Democrat or a nut case, has a sick mind to recommend only 30 ft. lbs.
