how much are twin turbos?

i found a twin turbo setup on a toyota chaser (or soarer), what would be a fair price to give for it? they want $500 but i don't want to get ripped. any suggestions?

What turbos are they?

Usually in the UK, twins cost a "minimum" of £5k (thats £s btw). Thats the price for HKS GT28/35s and similar turbos.
