Angry Venture Front end alignment

In august my wife purchased a new 2003 venture. Well, I took it to a shop to check the front end alignment (at 12000 miles)...... The camber is way off on the passanger side ...but get this ..the shop says that this is a non ajustable item unless they install a cam bolt to make it ajustable..(or do some grinding on the bolt hole) Has anyone ever heard of this ??? I can't beleive that GM would design a vehicle where you cannot adjust the alignment without paying $250 for a cam kit.......Can anyboby help me on this before i drive it off a cliff.??....

thanks
Bill
