the oil in the s/c is made to last the life of the car, you can change it though for peace of mind, go to a gm dealer an get 2 bottles of the s/c oil, on the s/c snout you will see an allen head plug, remove it, suck the old oil out with a small hand pump or turkey baster, it stinks like dead whales, put in new oil to bottom of the plug theards and put the plug back in. caution, do not remove plug on a hot engine, takes about 10 oz. of oil.

I agree with camlifter's reply. Your owner's manual shows where this allen plug is. Also - don't do what I did. When I was putting the plug back in I somehow managed to cross-thread the little b#$%ard! I ended up having to get the car towed to the dealer where they retapped it and changed the oil to get any possible shavings out of it. Little, but huge mistake on my part.
