The oddest thing happens every once and while when starting my car;
I will here this popping noise and all the electrical in the car resets themselves. After the "pop" the car will start like nothing ever happened. I've never heard or seen any thing like it.
Any advice?

It sounds like a bad connection. I'd check the battery connections & follow the cables to the body & starter, etc.... conections.
