I was talking to a friend of mine today who races on dirt tracks(not neons though) and we were talking about how to get more power out of my car. He said that I could get a turbo fan, and incorperate it into my cold air intake, wire it to a switch, and when I want some extra power, hit the switch and go for it. Does anyone know if this would work, and where I could get a turbo fan that would fit in the cai?

Ah, this sounds like the old 'electric supercharger' idea that ppl were selling on Ebay for upwards of $100. Potentially, it will add a little bit more air to the engine, but it's not by any means a big gain. There are a few websites that will make one to fit your specs, but you'd have to search for em. =)

Sounds like it wouldn't really be worth it then. I don't know. Maybe I'll try it.

They were proven to actually be harmful, I could find the sites for you but you can take my word for it.
