Vibration from wheels/brakes

My 99 Sebring convertible has a shimmy or vibration coming from i think the left front wheel. when driving, you can see the actual A pillars shaking side to side and if you concentrate on the mirrors you can see the background moving in sync with the vibration, so you can imagine how annoying this is. it feels like an unbalanced tire, but im not sure. do you think a rotation and balancing job will fix it?? i once had a problem with a bubbled tire that produced similar effects.

it could be balancing, bent rim, warped rotor, alignment wear. ur best of taking it in and having em throw it on the balancer. if they have the one we have itll tell u the problem with the tire if there is one.
