Whenever I park the car after some driving, i can hear noise come out of the bottom sounds like dry tree branch snapping. Any idea what can it be?

It is your exhaust system cooling down and contracting. The different parts don't cool at the same rate, so they tick when they are fastened together and move against one another while cooling. For some reason, Hondas never make this noise, and Toyotas usually do.
