(Insert sarcastic laughter)...What's the FAFSA? Well, FAFSA stands for Free Application for Federal Student Aid. If you're going to college, and want a chance at some money from the government, you fill it out, send it in, and then you get to wait until the government determines how much money will be going into your pocket through grants, or my personal favorite (ugh)...loans.

Ah I see now. Never filled one of those out. My "college" right now is my computer at home and my "grant" money for books and what not comes from VISA/MC hehe.

I got my education at no charge....I pity the NZ students who want to get ahead..........there is generally not much financial support from the govt. available these days.A student of dentistry,for example can expect to graduate with a student loan debt roughly equivalent to what I could buy a nice rural house for.
