Question Whisp Lid or slp cold air kit ?

Hello dear all,
I'm curious about the subj.
I have no idea about both :flash:
though what would u recommennd ?
any good bad experience ? Share whatever you got

PS. "You can save some money on buying the slp cold air kit and make your own ram air. I cut the bottom of the airbox out and cut an opening on that plastic cover that's beneath the box. There you go.. Free ram air.
"

???
Thank you much

Well, SLP's Cold Air kit and the Whisper can both be used in tandem.
This is the best setup.

If you're only able to buy one though, I'd suggest you go with a Whisper Lid and K&N filter.
Easy to pop in (will take 10 mins) and you'll notice a nice SOTP gain.
After this, go out and get the Cold Air Kit and a nice catback system.
Don't bother with any aftermarket MAF's (most people have more problems with them then anything) and the stock throttle body is fine.

Go for it.
No it won't void your warrantee.
Most dealerships dont give a rats ass if you only have minor bolt ons.
It's when you get serious about mods (like me) that you have to worry about getting any warrantee work done.

If you ever get denied warrantee work due to those 2 minor bolt ons, just throw the stock stuff on real quick. You'll be fine.
