98 cavalier exhaust

i want to get a full exhaust system for my 98 2.2 cavalier, but i dont want it to sound too rice-burner-ish. does anybody know what kind of exhaust gives the 2.2 a real low deep kind of sound??? any help would be appreciated

Re: 98 cavalier exhaust

I was looking for something similiar. Im thinking replace cat with freeflowing resonator, which I did already and the is no noticable diffrence in sound but got more torque and then getting a quite freeflowing muffler for a deep sound, boral has nice a nice one.

I have a borla cat back on my 02 ecotec and it sounds great. It's very distinct with a deep throaty tone. You'll know once you hear it. Borla is a bit more on the expensive side, but the distinctness is worth it. Sounds nothing like a rice burner. I highly recommend it.
