Angry Cup Holders

does any one know how tha fuck to get this stupid cup holder on a 92 cavalier out, i pulled so hard the whole unit came out...any ideas?

Same here. Had to replace mine and pulled real hard to get it out. Also if you look under the slide there is a catch on it. Push it and only the slide comes out. Mine was broke anyway so breaking it wasn't a issue.

New one works good.
