3.0 To 3.3 Engine Swap

Have a 1989 Dodge Diplomat that has a Bad 3.0 Engine. A/T with Overdrive.
My question is!
Can I take this BAD 3.0 Engine and drop in a 3.3 With out to much Hassle?
I need all the info I can get!
