Vote for my rear panel cover!

Hi,
As you know I got my 87 CRX Si, in 1987.
It came black. The rear panel was black,
with a red CRX sticker.

I don't see many original 1G CRXs around (the 2gs
have that clear plastic one) and I forgot that
all 87s had a black rear panel only, that it was
not matched to the car color.

I am repainting it silver. Should I
1. Make the rear panel silver with a black CRX.
2. Make the rear panel silver with a red CRX.
3. Make the rear panel black with a red CRX.

It's white now, with a white panel, no sticker.
It's weird without a sticker, but, I can say having
the panel match the car makes it look more complete.
But then also, it does not look original after thinking about
it the past 2 years.
I'm not sure how to make the poll thing work.

looks something like this i suppose?
it's a tough choice, the silver panel would be different, if you do go silver i would keep the red CRX on it

i can see i really messed up. the black panel does look better. people can still vote though!
i guess what i will plan to do is still paint it silver, with a red sticker. i have another panel that is black with no sticker but its about an hour drive. i dont remember what condition it is in. the "problem" with putting new paint on a car, you have to do everything or it looks bad. I already paint my trim flat black about every year or so. it flecks off. so i cant put a black panel on the back unless it looks new. it really detracts. if that other black panel is almost perfect, i'll get a red sticker and put it on. i now realize it looks goofy to have that rear panel painted. no wonder its bothered me for the past 2 years.
i really appreciate the pics you posted. it made all the difference to me.
