Angry 02 vibration noise in drivetrain

Just had a new torque converter put on my 02, 4.6. After the change the truck would down shift hard and was slow to go into gear. (Seemingly fixed when the service tech found out he left the tranny 1.5 quarts low).

Now I also have a loud vibration sound (like a heat shield vibrating) that seems to be coming from the unit that is directly behind the oil pan and in front of what one would consider the "tranny," though it appears mounted to the tranny. Is this the torque converter? Should I be concerned? Is this just a noise to live with?

It seems constant, does not increase with speed/rpms....and is most obvious at idle.

Thanks in advance!!!!
