Body Kits
I recently bought a blitz body kit off of ebay and when i took it over to get it installed they said i had a shitty kit and there were a lot of modifications they would have to do to make it fit. Is this normal? Because my reverse lights don't match up, theres no holes for the license plate lights, the side skirts dont match up, theres no place for the fog lights, and there is no pre drilled holes
Is there any place you know of where i could get a good body kit that would fit well and is not a piece?

Re: Body Kits
Don't people ever learn.. stop buying blitz.
And if you REALLY want it, get a real one, not an ebay one

Re: Body Kits
Do you want to find a blitz or another one. Well just go on google and scarch for body kits. When you see one you like and the price is not bad, go for it.

Re: Body Kits
Ebay has got to be one of the worst places to buy a kit. sorry man. There are a few options that you have right now.
1.) you want to keep the blitz style. If you do, then you can order it from VIS racing. they have probably got one of the best fittin kits on the market. also, get on nopi.com and check out the blitz kits they have on there. everything is going to be more $$$ but will fit perfectly.
2.) change kits. Look on prostreetonline.com for good kits. also try a google search and look for a legit company. for a good kit you're lookin at about $800. sounds pricey I know. But it will save you the 500 in modifications that it will take to make your other kit fit and will also get you your car back quicker. plus I'll guarantee you that they will be better quality.
Good luck in your search.

Re: Body Kits
Mine didnt fit really well but i did make it work and added some stuff. It will be a lot of work and money to let a body shop do it. Since you might be getting another one you might want to try doing it yourself. My friend and I are documenting a body kit install on his 1st gen eclipse and i have pictures of mine. Check out my site at http://www.angelfire.com/ms3/hotcrew and go to the project sections then click on clone wars. I can help you out with info if you would like. You can email me at theletteroftears@hotmail.com.
