Cool Window motor repair

I have a 1989 GMC Sierra with a window that intermittently fails. Usually it works, then when it gets cold or the temp changes, it will stop working until I start the truck the next day, then it's fine.

I'm guessing the the window motor or regulator is going out.
Maybe there is loose wire. Who knows.

Also, there's a lot of noise from the wind as the window does not seem to want to seal properly when I roll up the window. This may also be from the motor. Seal looks fine and I cannot tell where something might be tightened up to improve the seal.

I'd appreciate any direction or suggestions. Considering it's a 1989, that's not bad. Haven't had too many things go wrong with it.

Thanks.
