1998 gmc 3500 hard start and flooding

ive got a 1998 gmc 3500 454 when evey things cool the truck will start right up, but when things get warmed up it crank over seven or eight times before it starts and then its flooded can anyone help???????

Probably a fuel pressure regulator or possibly a leaky injector. Do a fuel pressure test
