Question Metra RCA Stereo Input Connector

My dad has a 2003 Expedition, and I'm trying to find out if Metra makes a connector so that he could hook up his XM tuner to the stock head unit via RCA connectors. Does anyone know if somebody makes this kind of connector?

My '03 Mach 1 has a stereo that looks the same, but I'm not sure that it is entirely the same. Either way, it's a 6-cd changer in the dash. My Mach 460 in my Mach 1 has internal crossovers and junk like that. There is no AUX button on mine, but the '04's have them and will eventually be able to be connected by a BLITZSafe or a Metra connector.

I went to www.metraonline.com and looked up the '03 Expedition, but their website offers no explanation of what the parts are. It just lists part numbers, like the following:

Product Category Description
44-FD80 AntennaWorks RECTANGULAR '65-UP
44-FD802 AntennaWorks EXPEDITION/F-150/MUSTANG 1997-UP
44-FD810 AntennaWorks MULTI APPLICATION
70-1771 MetraWire FORD/LINCOLN/MAZDA 1998 - INTO CAR/16 PIN
71-1771 MetraWire FORD/LINCOLN/MERCURY 1986-UP - INTO OEM RADIO
