the "white" mkII you saw was actually a brand spanking new Light Blue Sapphire P-type w/ sunroof...I could prolly tell what tranny if I could get a closer look through the sunroof.
However, there is a white mkII in "The Fast and the Furious"

There is a black mkII in "Head of State" where everyone is running out of their houses, you can see it in a driveway, on the right hand side of the screen.

The funniest TV sighting was either the one on real TV, where some guy with a MKIII drove into a chinese restuarant because he left it in park, totally destroyed the front of the store and the Supe escaped with some minor dents here and there. Or the car chase in California where this guy stole an N/A MKIII and eventually blew the HG while running from the cops ROFL!!
