Hi all. I have a 97 Passat GLX Wagon and the front power windows will go "down" with either switch but they will not go "up" with either switch. To get them up, I have to put the key in the door and hold it in the "lock" position and wait for the windows to go up. Both windows started doing this at the same time. My mechanic thinks the problem is in the power window control modules but I wanted to see if anyone else has had this problem before I spend a lot of money.
