I have Chrisler T&C 1998, 3.8L, FWD. At 99,999 Reverse doesn't work. I have parking, instead of reverse I have another parking. My neitral gear drives forvard like D and the rest of gears follow as it has to be. So, in addition to lost R I don't have N, but have it when the ignition is turn off. Any advices?

best guess is that a clutch pack in the transmission is {fused} together
{burned}////// you need a re-build ///replacement ,ect,ect
