Question Wiring questions for 1990 Voyager

I have a 2.5 liter non-turbo engine.
On the top right side of cylinder head, there
are two ground connections. The one on the back
is broken off. I need to know where it goes.

Next, the wiring harness coming from the engine
to oxygen sensor, has one of the wires broken off
right at connector next to sensor. The sleeve coming to it has
only 3 wires. Four are required by the sensor.
Where does the broken wire connect to ?
