Repairsson_joon 03-27-2004, 06:11 PM I need to repair the front signal light. The manuls says to use a screw driver to "release" the front hook and pull. I looked under the hood and can't figure it out (nothing to unhook and no way to pull). Any suggestions? Should I just bring it into the shop? HELP! Rossco 03-29-2004, 02:57 AM Don't know what model you have, but on my E36 if you open the bonnet then look down between the outer guard (might be called fender) and the headlight assembly - you might need a torch - you should see where the signal light clips into the headlight assy. Then stick your screwdriver down in there and push on the clip as you pull the signal light out. When finished you just push it back in and it will click into place. Hope this helps.
