Question about this cat converter...

I am getting Dynomax catback for my car and I was wondering if this catalytic converter on Ebay is a good one for it... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=2468340966 ... I thought it looked like something easy to put on the headers and then to the catback so figured it was a good idea. My stock cat. is rattling right now anyway, plus its old, so it could use a new one. If anyone knows if its good, give me some input. Thanks.
