I actually have a 96 Sebring LXi, which i'm not sure if the procedure is the same or not, but i did it myself in like 5 min. What you do is get a paper clip. Bend it all the way out so you have 2 points. What you do is look directly under the steering colum (close to the center consul. you'll see a black box, with 2 rolls of 'holes' what you do is put one end of the paper clip in the 1st hole, and the other end of the paper clip to the 4th one.
After that, CLOSE THE DOOR, put the key in the ignition, and turn to 'accesory' the doors should lock, if it doesn't 'turn key again', after doors lock, then press unlock/lock 5times.
Remote is programed. remove the paper clip. If it doesn't work email me.
